Waldron and Guy Parneix that was emailed to me two days after the greatest American tragedy of our generation - the terrorist destruction on September 11, 2001 of the Twin Trade Towers of New York, the Pentagon, and the four airline crashes, resulting in an unspeakable number of loss of lives. Only one sound seemed necessary for both Windows startup and shutdown - an eagle's cry.
